Privacy Policy

SIQonix is a brand of AiPyraNova, LLC (“AiPyraNova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at siqonix.ai (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the Site only. If your organization uses SIQonix software or BRAD under a separate agreement with us, that agreement governs the data handled in the product.

1. The short version

• We collect the information you choose to send us, for example through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
• We use it to reply to you and to run the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
• The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers today.
• The BRAD chat on this Site runs in your browser. We don’t receive what you type or say to it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, work email, phone number (optional), hospital or organization, role (optional), your message, and your confirmation that you agree to this policy. The form also sends a technical value showing how long the page was open before you pressed Send. We use it only to filter out automated spam.
• Email, phone, and mail. Whatever you include when you contact us directly.

Please don’t include patient information or other protected health information in the contact form, in emails to us, or in the BRAD chat. The Site is not designed to receive it.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like most websites, the servers that host the Site may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time. This information is used to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
• Spam protection. When you send the contact form, our server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the time you sent it, for up to one hour, to limit repeated or automated submissions. It is not used for anything else.
• Browser storage. If you mute BRAD’s voice, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device (a single “muted” setting). It is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

3. The BRAD chat on this Site

• The BRAD chat on this Site is a scripted demo that runs entirely in your browser. It answers from a fixed set of responses about SIQonix. What you type is not sent to us or saved by us, and the conversation is cleared when you leave or reload the page.
• Spoken replies use your browser’s built-in text-to-speech feature.
• Voice input. If you tap the microphone button, your browser asks for permission to use your microphone. Speech recognition is provided by your browser, not by us. Depending on the browser, your audio may be sent to the browser maker’s speech service (for example, Google Chrome uses Google’s servers) and is handled under that company’s privacy policy. We do not receive or store your audio or the transcript.
• The chat on this Site is separate from BRAD inside the SIQonix product.

4. Cookies, analytics, and third parties

• The Site does not currently use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies, and it does not load scripts from third parties.
• Our fonts and our promo video are stored on our own web server with the rest of the Site, so viewing them does not send information to font or video services.
• The Site links to our Facebook page. Facebook content is not embedded on the Site. If you follow the link, Facebook’s own privacy policy applies. Email and phone links open your own email or phone app.
• If we add analytics or other third-party tools in the future, we will update this policy before we do.

5. How we use information

• To respond to your questions, demo requests, and pricing inquiries.
• To communicate with you about the SIQonix products and services you asked about.
• To operate, maintain, and protect the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Site and our email, such as our web hosting and email providers, so they can store or deliver it for us.
• When the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of AiPyraNova, our users, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, in which case the information would remain subject to this policy.
• With your permission.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages and related emails as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then we delete them. Spam-protection data is deleted within about an hour. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention settings.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information through the Site.

9. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@siqonix.ai. If we email you and you don’t want to hear from us again, reply and tell us, and we will stop.

10. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”), gives you rights over your personal information. We honor the requests below for California residents.

What we collect and why

We share these categories only with the service providers described in section 6. We do not ask for sensitive personal information and do not use it to infer characteristics about you. We have not sold or shared personal information (as the CCPA defines those terms) in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Your rights

• Right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and who we disclose it to.
• Right to delete personal information we collected from you, with some legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don’t sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of today.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don’t use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
• Right to non-discrimination. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

How to make a request

Email support@siqonix.ai with the subject “California privacy request,” or call 1-888-279-2803. To protect your information, we will confirm your identity by matching details we already have, for example by replying to the email address you used to contact us. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that you gave the agent permission. We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows.

11. Children

The Site is meant for professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated in the United States, and information you send us is processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will point out important changes on the Site.
