These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the SIQonix website at siqonix.ai (the “Site”). SIQonix is a brand of AiPyraNova, LLC (“AiPyraNova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site gives information about SIQonix and BRAD (Biomedical Resource & Automation Database). It does not give access to the SIQonix software. Use of SIQonix software and services is governed by a separate written agreement between AiPyraNova and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the software and services.

2. Information on the Site

• Content on the Site is general information. Product descriptions and features may change without notice.
• Items described as “coming soon,” “next,” or “on the roadmap” are plans, not promises.
• Screens, mock-ups, and examples labeled as sample data are illustrations, not real hospital data.
• Stock photos are for illustration. The people and places shown are not SIQonix customers.
• The Site does not offer pricing. Any offer is made only in a written quote or agreement from us.

3. Not medical or engineering advice

Nothing on the Site, including the BRAD chat demo, is medical, clinical, or equipment-servicing advice. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, your organization’s policies, and the rules that apply to you.

4. The BRAD chat demo

• The BRAD chat on this Site is a scripted demo. Its answers may be incomplete or out of date. Don’t rely on it to make decisions.
• Don’t enter patient information, protected health information, passwords, or other confidential information into the chat.
• Voice features use your browser’s own speech technology. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Contacting us

If you use the contact form or email us, please give accurate information, and don’t send patient information or other confidential information. By contacting us, you agree that we may reply to you about your request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• Try to get unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related system, or interfere with how the Site works.
• Overload the Site, or copy or harvest its content with automated tools, other than standard search-engine indexing.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful code through the contact form or any other part of the Site.
• Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with any person or organization.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, video, design, and code, belong to AiPyraNova or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. SIQonix, BRAD, AiPyraNova, and their logos are trademarks of AiPyraNova, LLC. Stock photos and fonts are used under their licenses.

You may view and print pages of the Site for your own information and for evaluating SIQonix for your organization. Any other copying, changing, or distributing of Site content needs our written permission.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites, such as our Facebook page. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We don’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AiPyraNova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless AiPyraNova and its members, officers, and employees from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
